Return Policy

All items, excluding digital media have a full 30 day term from date of purchase to qualify for a replacement, exchange, or refund. Due to the nature and circumstance of some items, we may not be able to replace. In these cases, please contact our support team for exchange, or refund of your original purchased price less any applicable fees.
To qualify for a replacement, exchange, of refund for a physical product, all areas below must apply and as follows:
• Item is defective from manufacturer workmanship
• Original box fully intact
• Item appears not to be damaged / abused after opening
• Product must match the original purchase criteria of receipt, code, and user account information.
• Digital products are nonrefundable and can only be replaced of the same type or store credit
• Physical books, clothing, and any personal care items cannot be replaced, exchanged, or refunded.
• “Promotion” sale items are non-refundable, and may only be replaced or exchanged for another item at equal or less the original purchased price.
*Some products may require you to pay for the cost of return shipping, and a 15% re-stocking fee may apply. Please contact our support team for details.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item and the status of approval or rejection of your replacement or refund. In some cases, we may contact you by phone to better resolve the issue.
For qualified refunds, original purchase balance will be issued to the original payment method less any shipping or restocking fees.
For items that we deem not meeting the qualifications for a replacement, exchange, or refund, we will provide an explanation as to why no compensation was offered. In such rare cases, and at your request, your product can be sent back to you at the cost of shipping paid by you. If you choose not to have us return ship your item within 30 days, this action will be considered and act as an authorization from you to have us discard your items.
When shipping items to us, please provide us with a tracking number of the product from your carrier upon delivery. and its parent company, affiliates, or associates, staff will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged during your posting. Shipping and handling charges for returns will be paid by the customer. Such charges may or may not be considered for reimbursement depending on your item, area, and our investigation into the matter.
